About Maa Ganga Yogshala

Our Journey

The journey of Maa Ganga Yogshala began at a very young age, deeply rooted in the sacred land of Rishikesh. The founder started practicing yoga at the age of 14, on the holy banks of Maa Ganga, under the guidance of old sadhus and traditional yogis.

These early years were shaped not by certificates, but by discipline, simplicity, self-inquiry, and lived experience. Over time, this learning transformed into a life dedicated to teaching yoga in its true essence.

With experience of working with 500+ students from India and different parts of the world, Maa Ganga Yogshala has become a space where strong foundations, clarity of teaching, and personal attention come together.

Why Choose Us

At Maa Ganga Yogshala, we believe that yoga is not just about asanas. Yoga is a way of living โ€” a journey inward.

Through conscious movement, breath awareness, and self-reflection, we guide our students to know their body, understand their breath, observe their mind, and reconnect with their inner self.
